Alina opened for move-ins on September 1, 2026. Apartments on floors 2–39 are currently available for move-in, with residences on floors 40–60 anticipated to become available toward the end of 2026.

Alina offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom lofts and penthouse residences ranging from two-bedroom plus den to three-bedroom layouts. Visit the Floor Plans page to view current layouts and availability.

Rental rates at Alina vary by floor plan, apartment and current availability. Current pricing and available apartments can be found on the Availability section of the Alina website. Prospective residents can also submit an online inquiry or call 855-758-3603.

Yes. Virtual tours of Alina can currently be scheduled through the website. In-person tours are expected to become available for booking at the end of September 2026.

Alina currently offers lease terms ranging from 13 to 16 months. Available lease terms may vary by apartment and availability.

Alina is currently offering eight weeks of free rent, applied during the second and fourth months of the lease. Leasing specials are subject to change, so prospective residents should confirm current offers with the leasing team.

Alina charges a $125 application fee per applicant and a $500 administration fee per household. Monthly fees include a $55 technology package, $85 high-speed internet fee, and $25 pest control and trash service fee.

Applications for Alina apartments can be completed online. Visit the Availability page, select an available apartment, and click “Apply” to begin the application process.

Alina requires applicants to have a combined gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Applicant screening is conducted through ApproveShield and is subject to Alina’s current screening criteria.

Alina apartments include pre-installed high-speed internet service through anyWAIR. Internet service is charged at $85 per month and is billed with the resident’s monthly rent.

Yes. Alina is a pet-friendly community and offers a rooftop dog park and pet spa for residents. Breed restrictions apply. Contact the leasing office for current breed restrictions and complete pet policy information.

Yes. Resident parking at Alina is available through a third-party parking provider. The first parking space costs $100 per month, and an additional parking space costs $150 per month.

Yes. 30+ Electric vehicle charging stations are available throughout Alina’s parking garage for resident use.

Yes. Guest parking is available at Alina. After complimentary guest validations have been used, residents can purchase additional guest parking at 50% of the standard public parking rate.

Alina’s amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, approximately 5,200-square-foot fitness center, locker rooms with steam saunas, pickleball court, resident lounge with a pool table, shuffleboard, golf simulator, reservable party lounge, complimentary coffee bar, rooftop dog park and pet spa.

Yes. Alina has a resort-style outdoor pool with a dedicated lap-swimming area. The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset.

Yes. Alina residents may bring up to four guests at a time to the community’s amenity spaces. Guests must be accompanied by a resident. Larger gatherings must be scheduled in advance and approved by property management.

Yes. Alina has a fitness center that is open 24 hours a day. It includes cardio and strength-training equipment, stationary bikes, treadmills, free weights and Pilates reformers. Separate wellness spaces include locker rooms, steam saunas and treatment rooms.
